These executives completed the three year PCBS graduate-level educational program focusing on leadership, riskmanagement, and financial performance in the financial services industry. Participants attend a two-week resident session each August on the University of Washington campus in Seattle, Washing - ton, and complete six written extension assignments and an original management thesis.
