AND NOW THE AZBA IS ACTING ON THEIR STRATEGIC INITIATIVE FOR 2017 BY LAUNCHING AN EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM. AZBA 2016-2017 BOARD CHAIRMAN AND ARIZONA BUSINESS BANK CEO, TOBY DAY, STATED, “WE RECOGNIZE OUR INDUSTRY IS APPROACHING A CRISIS POINT, WHERE THE DEMAND FOR SKILLED NEXT-LEVEL LEADERS FAR EXCEEDS THE AVAILABLE SUPPLY.” AzBA 114 th Annual Convention where member bank Presidents brought 22 of their hand-picked high-potential leaders to par- ticipate. The program was created and led by Mikey Maynard and Darius Green of KEYSER. The Emerging Leaders also participated in all Convention activities at the beautiful Ritz Carlton, Dove Mountain in Marana.
